Mayor Ram welcomed the guests to the opening event on July 28.
He thanked Salesian Father Ulrich Schrapp, the musicians and Siegfried Link for organizing the exhibition.
Addressing the artists, the mayor said: “With your work you make our lives easier. It is the task of art to express nature. There are different views on the different ways of expressing it. It is important for us to talk about it!”
Siegfried Link introduced the 12 artists and their techniques and expressions.
He sees my contribution as a guest artist with corrugated cardboard in the 3-dimensional works that represent a transition from painting to sculpture.
“The climate change of the trees is described”. See projects for more details.

The tree grates are restored and transform for you and the art.
I started the leaf paintings back in 2003. It was the task to compensate the pigment colors in the corrugated cardboard.
This is my Möbius strip, made of four layers of paper in an endless loop, to save the bees.
Corrugated cardboard, fit for 3-dimensional art!
My sincere thanks to all the Ensdorf artists, Salesian Don Bosco Father Ulrich and Siegfried Link for their participation.
